In alignment with the UVA Health System's prioritization of Primary Care expansion, the Division of General, Geriatric, and Palliative Medicine at the University of Virginia seeks candidates for multiple academic faculty positions in well-established outpatient clinics in Charlottesville and Orange, VA. Responsibilities will include an outpatient clinical practice and may involve supervision/teaching medical students and residents and rounding on the general medicine inpatient service two to four weeks per year. Practice Locations include the following: University Physicians Charlottesville University Physicians Orange Primary and Specialty Care Pantops Charlottesville and Central Virginia area offers an outstanding location for personal and professional activities. The region has a strong sense of community and excellent educational systems for adults and children. Charlottesville is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and is listed among the top cities in the national rankings of the most desirable places to live.
