To assist residents with dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming. To help make beds and empty trash. To monitor and assist with medication provision following standards established facility policies and procedures. To properly document medication provision, services delivered and, if appropriate, resident condition. To follow instructions given by supervisor and communication with supervisor on resident health questions/concerns as necessary. To treat residents with dignity and respect at all times. To perform other duties as assigned by medication aide supervisors. To maintain a safe, clean environment within the assigned duty areas. To respond to resident call light signals promptly. To be tactful and courteous when dealing with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
