The Performance Marketing Sales team is part of Disney Advertising. We are seeking an accomplished, highly motivated sales executive with proven success in the Digital and Linear Landscape. Job Summary

This Performance Marketing Account Executive will be focused on growing overall performance revenue across both linear and digital products in the Disney portfolio of properties including: ABC, Disney, ESPN, Hulu, Freeform FX & Nat Geo by leveraging existing client and agency relationships. This position will be responsible for driving Performance advertising sales revenue through sponsorships and integrations, campaign implementation and delivery of results in order to provide the highest standard of advertising sales customer service to DAS clients. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role

Build on the strengths of the Disney portfolio of product offerings to close new business while renewing and up-selling existing clients to maximize revenue. Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs with a high degree of professionalism, quality and in a timely manner. Establish and foster working relationships with key decision makers on both client and agency level with a focus on the Direct to Consumer and Emerging brands. Coordinate with the Programmatic, Category Teams, and Agency teams to close digital and linear performance revenue. Work with Disney Ad Sales Operations, Marketing, Research, and Revenue Yield Management to ensure that client's needs are being met. Negotiate pricing, advertising placement, content and event concepts. Develop sales strategies and sales plans for assigned accounts. Create and deliver powerful and persuasive presentations to clients. Prospect, identify and qualify new clients for our various portfolios. Stay current on video advertising trends and innovations. Required Education, Experience /Skills/Training

4+ years of relevant experience. Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes. Highly skilled in negotiating and selling the intrinsic value of a premium offering to customers, not just the program or price. Problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions. Prospecting and cold calling skills necessary. Understanding of how our clients set priorities and performance goals, and how we can align our product portfolio to best fulfill those needs. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, make decisions and manage at entrepreneurial speed. Strong, confident presentation skills. #DisneyAdvertising
