RH is seeking an Analyst, People System Innovations to support all aspects of our people systems and programs for RH. This includes partnering with a cross-functional team to iterate current practices and create next practices as well as provide solutions as our business grows domestically and internationally. Your Responsibilities Live our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into enhancements and upgrades for our ecosystem of HR tools, processes and systems, including Oracle HCM, ATS, Onboarding, Compensation, and Performance Management Support/Partner with the HRIS team to maintain process & procedures, documentation and functional specifications for HR technology and integrations. Proactively surface and solve complex and cross-functional issues before they create challenges for our leaders Continuously investigate and leverage untapped HRIS functionalities to optimize processes and drive system adoption. Improve system efficiency and assist with change management efforts; ensuring all SOX and Internal Controls are met Partner with IT and HRIS to track tasks/projects/issues/enhancements Our Requirements Minimum of 3 years supporting HR technology. Global experience is a plus. Progressive experience with HR systems, processes and tools with the demonstrated ability to deliver processes and tools that are simple to use and amplify leaders. Strong understanding of HRIS systems design, structure, data flows, processes and integrations across multiple HRIS platforms. Preferably within Oracle HCM. Demonstrates drive and desire with the ability to produce timely deliverables and lead multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment. Ability to collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship building skills. This position will require onsite work at our Home Office in Corte Madera CA.
