Paul Davis Restoration of West County is part of a national franchise organization that provides services to repair and clean up damage to residential, institutional, and commercial structures from a fire, water, storm, mold, or other disasters. The Paul Davis heritage is based around a can-do attitude, innovation, and outstanding customer service. We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer & dispatch inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks Gather all required information from clients and input information into our restoration management software Data entry into Quickbooks for job costs Assist with billing, invoicing, and collections Utilize E Document software to send/receive job forms Qualifications:
