Are you interested in learning and working in a medical grade laboratory environment! We have second and third shift Production Operator positions available for a facility in Verona, WI. They are accepting all levels of experience with initial pay between $20 - $25 based on previous experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment with a shift differential in addition to the base wage.

The Production Operator is responsible for operating and cleaning Production processing equipment, preparing coating solutions and other formulas in a Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) environment, and following detailed written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Typical processing duties include verifying tasks performed by other personnel, maintaining forms and records, accurately calculating yields and ratios, precise measurement of components, close monitoring of process conditions, identifying deviations to processes under their control, and labeling containers as to their contents, lot number, weight, etc. The Production Operator is also responsible for transferring product from bulk packaging containers into final product shipping containers and other duties as assigned. Lab Technician Job Functions :

Validates label and lot information. Verifies tasks performed by other personnel. Identifies deviations to processes under their control. Labels containers with contents, lot number, weight, etc. Transfers solvents from large to small containers.

Stages materials and/or equipment for processing.

Mixes coating solutions and other formulas. Maintains accurate records.

Performs simple mathematical calculations.

Lab Technician Hours Available:

3rd Shift Hours: 11 PM - 7:15 AM, Monday - Friday

Training will be on first shift from 7 AM - 3:15 PM Monday - Friday and can last for 12-16 weeks.

Lab Technician Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Post high school education, preferred

Knowledge of cGMPs preferred.

Basic mathematical skills and the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and conversions.

Previous experience working in a food production facility or a lab environment, preferred

Ability to read, write (legibly), and speak the English language at a level necessary for efficient performance.

Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time.

Ability to use a half mask positive pressure respirator by providing a proper seal.

Ability to operate a pallet jack.
