As we embark on a transformative journey to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) across the enterprise, we are seeking a visionary Associate Director of Change Enablement to lead this strategic initiative. The Associate Director, Change Enablement
Enterprise AI Strategy will drive the strategic vision, planning, and hands-on execution of AI change initiatives across the organization. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day executiondeveloping enterprise-wide strategies while actively leading implementation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of change management principles, AI applications in healthcare and business productivity, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex transformations. Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Develop a comprehensive change management strategy to support the successful enterprise adoption of AI. Drive the strategic alignment of AI capabilities with enterprise business processes and goals. Shape and articulate the enterprise AI value narrative. Lead executive stakeholder engagement. Establish a change network across key AI programs. Foster strategic collaboration across AI leadership, IT, and business units. Collaborate with the enterprise talent team and other functional experts. Develop clear and compelling branding and communication strategies. Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives. Identify potential risks associated with AI adoption. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of change enablement concepts, methodologies, or frameworks. Minimum of 10 years of experience in change-related roles. Strong understanding of AI and data technologies. Over 7 years of experience using change management tools. More than 7 years of experience creating enterprise-wide and executive-level communications. Proven track record of delivering high-quality, creative communications. Experience contributing to global transformation projects. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in diverse environments. Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field. Formal training or certification(s) in change enablement methodologies or frameworks. Experience leading change enablement initiatives within the healthcare or medical technology sectors.
