The
Home Health Aide (HHA) / PCA
provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence. Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
High school graduate or G.E.D certificate Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job Must be at least 18 years old You must have some experience with autistic children who are not high functioning Responsibilities:
Fridays, Sundays and occasional Saturday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 pm or 11 p.m. Assist with toileting, bathing, grooming, doing some of his laundry, cleaning messes, preparing meals and cleaning it after school, assistance with meal preparation, and some transferring as per care plan. Client will also need help getting in and out of vehicle used to transport to and from school occasionally. Having some experience with autistic children is a plus. Must be: Willing to keep client active Good at communicating Have driver's license and car Some benefits include:
