What You'll Do
As a Quality Auditor, you will ensure that all processes and products meet established quality standards. This includes conducting daily inbound and outbound quality audits across various categories to ensure compliance with quality guidelines. Essential Job Functions
Conduct regular audits of shipments and examine inventory for defects to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Verify proper storage, handling, and documentation of products. Accurately document audit findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions in quality management systems. Participate in the continuous improvement of quality control procedures and best practices. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments regarding quality expectations, audit results, and process improvements. Monitor and report on key quality metrics to support operational goals. Maintain a strong commitment to safety, housekeeping, productivity, and quality. Foster a motivated workforce through timely communication, consistency, fairness, and recognition of good work or ideas. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall quality and efficiency of the distribution center. Who You Are
