Middleware System Infrastructure Support

Works with IT team to implement and provide support to agency's IT Middleware system infrastructure. Performs day-to-day activities related to the support, research, analysis, and implementation of agency's Middleware system infrastructure. Candidate must have in-depth and considerable knowledge, experience, and understanding working with logical concepts of WebSphere Full-Stack and WebSphere Liberty environment. Candidate must also have: Thorough understanding and working experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat, and F5 BIGIP LTM. Knowledge of Java, DNS, LDAP, Web services, Shell Scripting, and knowledge of JAVA architecture. Be capable of troubleshooting IBM WebSphere environment and be familiar with performance tuning and monitoring. Have the ability to automate routine tasks and provide documentation and training when required. Must have the ability to work independently on assigned projects.
