Lead Caregiver Position

We are looking for several caregivers to join our team who want to work up to be a part of our new Lead Caregiver Team! We are looking for quality caregivers who care about who they are taking care of. We want to have the highest quality care in the area, and if you want to be a part of this team who truly cares about their clients, please apply. We are looking for someone who wants to be a lead caregiver with training to be an assistant to our Care Coordinator. 40 hours a week! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You may also be mentoring other caregivers after training to help us provide the best possible care in the homes of our clients! You will be a great fit for this position if you operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus. Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert Give medications and immunizations Engage patients in exercises or other activities Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED One year prior professional experience Driver's license required Why Join The Industry?
