Corporate Staff Accountant
The Corporate Staff Accountant reports to the Asst. Controller and will be a key member of the Accounting team and work in collaboration with the Mauser accounting team and finance team. Candidate must be a self-starter, adept at communicating with multiple levels of an organization, and have the ability to build trust, influence, and work with teams cross functionally. Responsibilities: Prepare timely and accurate journal entries during month end close Prepare and be responsible for balance sheet reconciliations Work with multiple teams on intercompany related transactions Assist with external audit needs Coordinate with off-shore resources Ad-hoc analytics Work on projects as needed Liaise with tax department on audits and projects Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders across the company Requirements: Accounting degree 2-3 years of accounting experience, including month end close including consolidations, BS & PL Analytics; Big 4 a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team player is a must with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Large ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics SL a plus) Strong Excel skills a must Strong attention to detail
