URGENT HIRING FOR HOME HEALTH AIDE
Part Time position available. Pay is $13 per hour. Hours are from 8am to 6pm with optional weekend and night hours. Experience is not required as training is available. There are also $500 sign-on and referral bonuses available for limited time only. The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence. Essential Functions
Personal Care: Provide assistance with: bathing, dressing, grooming, nail/skin care, back care, foot care, shampoo, oral hygiene, ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheelchair, walker, crutches, cane), change of position, with toileting, commode, incontinent care, meal planning, preparation, and assistance with feeding Companion/Sitter/Household Management: Provide companionship and respite services for family Perform homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms Medication Services: Assist with medications reminders that the client self-administers Stand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clients Qualifications/Educational Requirements
High school graduate or G.E.D certificate Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job Must be: Willing to keep client active Good at communicating Have driver's license and car Some Benefits Include:
Sign-On Bonus: $250 after 250 billable hours of employment, $250 after 1000 billable hours of employment (3 callouts will make you ineligible for this sign-on bonus) $13 per hour Training Programs Flexible Hours Referral Program: $500 after the referred Caregiver completes 1000 billable hours of employment.
