The Associate Chief Technologist, Nuclear Medicine, supports the Chief Technologist in managing day-to-day clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This role combines hands-on clinical expertise with administrative oversight, serving as a key resource to technologists and helping to maintain workflow, regulatory compliance, and service standards. The Associate Chief steps in during the Chief's absence and plays a critical role in maintaining continuity across operations, supporting staff development, and promoting best practices in imaging procedures. Salary Range: $54.07-123.04/hr Job Qualifications
Experience working in a large academic medical center or complex healthcare environment. Familiarity with imaging systems such as PACS, RIS, and Epic Radiant. Certification in CT (ARRT (CT)) if working in PET/CT hybrid imaging environments. Prior involvement in training, quality assurance, or accreditation preparation (e.g., IAC, TJC).
