Position Overview: The Patient Access Supervisor is responsible for overseeing patient registration, scheduling, and customer service processes - ensuring accuracy, completeness, compliance to regulatory requirements and efficiency while providing exceptional customer service. The requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to maintain a seamless patient experience. Additional responsibilities include assisting to optimize workflows, training, and monitoring staff performance, with a focus on contributing to the overall success of our healthcare facility. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, required Degree in business, healthcare or related field, preferred.
