Job Description

CoE

), you will act as a strategic architect and enterprise leader responsible for accelerating Mondel?z International's global Revenue Growth Management (RGM) analytics capabilities

. In close partnership with the Global RGM Commercial

CoE

and I&A leadership, you will shape and deploy a harmonized, best-in-class RGM analytics ecosystem that includes the tools, models, frameworks, and data assets required to enable sustainable, profitable growth through pricing, pack-price architecture (PPA), promotion, mix, and trade ROI strategies. You will also play a critical role in influencing senior leadership and capability development across Commercial, I&A, and regional teams to embed RGM analytics into business strategy and decision-making. Key Accountabilities Global RGM Analytics Strategy & Vision Define and own the global strategy and multi-year roadmap for RGM Analytics across Global, Regional, and BU levels.

Ensure strategic alignment across RGM levers (Pricing, PPA, Promo, Mix, Trade) and business priorities

, embedding a forward-looking and

business-impact-driven

analytics agenda.

RGM Analytics Tools & Solutions Architecture Lead the design, development &

scaled

deployment of advanced RGM Analytics

Capabilities & Toolkit

to transform complex data into RGM strategies &

actions,

in partnership with RGM Commercial

CoE

and Global MDS Teams.

Ensure

RGM Analytics Capabilities & Toolkit

meets standards for scalability,

adoption

, and business impact across a variety of market maturity levels.

Integrate

advanced analytics (such as

AI/ML capabilities and predictive

, prescriptive

models

)

to future-proof decision-making and

to stay ahead of industry benchmarks.

Own

the governance, versioning, and training architecture for all

RGM

analytical tools within the

CoE

.

Insights-Driven Growth Institutionalize a robust insight generation process

by

continuously

embedding

consumer, shopper & customer insights into the

RGM analytics ecosystem

(e.g., demand spaces, shopper

missions

, switching behavior, willingness-to-pay

studies

etc.).

Develop standardized methods for decomposing performance (e.g., SPI, KPIs) to t

ranslate complex analytics into clear, actionable business narratives for senior leadership.

Partner with Global BI to integrate RGM analytics into MDLZ's core performance reporting systems.

Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building Serve as a

Lead cross-functional engagements, forums, and training programs to embed RGM analytics into decision-making.

Foster a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven problem solving.

Represent RGM Analytics within broader I&A forums to align and integrate

CoE

priorities.

Represent MDLZ

as a

thought leader

in external

industry forums,

conferences,

and peer benchmarking groups

sharing best practices and

showcasing

our leadership in RGM Analytics.

What extra ingredients you will bring: Education: Master's degree in Business

Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or MBA with

an analytics

focus.

Certifications in advanced analytics, data

science

and/

or AI/

ML

etc.

Experience 1012+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics, RGM, or Strategy roles within CPG/FMCG.

Proven

track record

of leading pricing, promo, and/or mix analytics across diverse markets or business units.

Demonstrated success in deploying advanced analytics tools (e.g., elasticity modeling, promo ROI frameworks, mix simulators) that drive measurable business outcomes.

Hands-on knowledge of analytical and visualization platforms (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL,

Databricks

etc.)

Experience managing global teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a

matrixed

organization.

Strong

track record

of influencing senior stakeholders

and,

driving business transformation

thru'

analytics.

Exposure to omnichannel (brick-and-mortar + digital commerce) RGM analytics preferred.

Experience

representing

an organization externally through whitepapers, speaking engagements, or thought leadership forums is a strong plus.

The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
