We are seeking a Weekend On-Call Coordinator to remotely manage calls from caregivers and clients, ensuring smooth communication and support. While this role is primarily remote, occasional in-person client and caregiver introductions may be required. This position involves coordinating in-home care services during off-hours to ensure clients receive timely and high-quality care. Candidates have to reside in Spokane County, WA or Kootenai County, ID. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, and families during on-call hours. Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet clients' needs promptly and efficiently. Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during on-call hours. Maintain accurate records of client and caregiver interactions and service adjustments. Communicate effectively with the administrative team regarding any significant issues or updates. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare or related fields preferred. Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or customer service roles. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping. Schedule
