We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Substitute Teacher to join our team at The Goddard School of Fort Smith. The Substitute Teacher will provide support in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children. This role involves assisting in the implementation of curriculum activities, ensuring the well-being of each child, and fostering positive relationships with both children and their families. Substitute Teacher Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans Support children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development Prepare classroom materials and ensure safety and cleanliness Supervise and provide individualized support to children Assist in communicating with parents about their child's progress and activities Adhere to health and safety guidelines Support routine childcare tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment Qualifications
