Key Hourly Team Member The BOH Key Hourly is responsible for the overall successful execution of a shift in the Kitchen. Tasks & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Monitor sanitation and safety practices to ensure employees follow company standards and regulations Utilize standard recipes, Build-To Charts, and standard plating procedures to monitor preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food to ensure product is within Jim 'N Nick's standards. Check quantity and quality of all raw materials received in deliveries. Determine and verify protein loads using CrunchTime, product and sales forecasts.
