Otolaryngologist (ENT) Opportunity in Upstate New York Join a Dedicated Team Serving a Scenic and Supportive Community
A well-established healthcare organization in the scenic region where the Adirondacks meet the St. Lawrence River is seeking a
full-time Otolaryngologist (General ENT)
to join a committed group of providers delivering comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care.
Position Overview: Candidate Requirements:
Board-Eligible (within 5 years of residency completion) or Board-Certified in Otolaryngology. Canadian board certification is also accepted. Clinical Services:
This role covers a broad spectrum of ENT care including treatment for chronic cough, ear surgeries including ear tube placement, facial plastics and reconstruction (including free flaps), head and neck cancer, hearing loss, hoarseness, oral lesions and tumors, pediatric ENT, salivary gland disorders, sinus surgery, tracheostomy and tracheal procedures, thyroid and parathyroid surgeries, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, and reflux management. Schedule:
Typically 3 to 4 days per week in the office and 1 day dedicated to surgical procedures. Weekly schedules are flexible to accommodate physician preferences and can be structured as four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Patient Volume:
Approximately 20 to 26 patients daily, with the option to adjust workload as desired. Clinical Support:
The provider will be supported by a team including two LPNs, an ENT-trained RN, and a patient representative. Electronic Medical Records:
Epic system in use. Call Coverage:
Call rotation is 1 in 3, including one weekend per month. Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range:
$473,000 to $641,000 (base salary) Signing Bonus:
$25,000 Relocation Assistance:
Up to $15,000 CME Allowance:
$4,000 annually Licensing & Dues:
$2,000 provided Paid Time Off:
240 hours annually Malpractice Insurance:
Claims-made policy with $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate, including tail coverage Additional Benefits:
