Immediate need in Naperville for an experienced Caregiver to provide care for a female client. This position gives you the freedom to work around your personal life. Benefits: 8 hour shift (12 am to 8 am) may turn into a live-in Competitive hourly rate, based on experience level Wage increase opportunities for meeting attendance and performance goals Direct deposit, overtime holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and referral bonuses Comprehensive paid training programs and monthly training Limit your exposure to the public by working in a one-on-one care environment Responsibilities: Provide daily companionship and non-medical support to seniors at their residence Help with medication reminders Assist with personal errands and provide transport to and from appointments Personal care and hygiene assistance; including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Job Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, currently lease/own your own vehicle, and provide proof of current auto insurance Must be 18 years or older to apply, with at least 1 year of senior care experience Ability to transfer patients and provide mobility assistance, including turning immobile patients who are bed-ridden Perform all personal care and hygiene assistance functions described above Must pass state/nationwide background check, state fingerprinting, and drug screen Bilingual skills a plus Weekend availability About Always Best Care Senior Services: Our staff is committed to providing caring and professional non-medical home care services to seniors and others who need help completing daily living tasks.
