Permits Manager
Positions Needed: 1 Job Location: Wayne County Airport Authority Detroit, MI 48242-5004 Work Schedule: Full Time - 40 hours a week Job Length: 12 months Position Overview: The Permits Manager will lead and oversee the review, routing, and approval process for tenant improvement projects within the Planning, Design & Construction department. Key Responsibilities: Review and approve tenant improvement projects. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate project timelines. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all permits and approvals. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
