and you'll take pride in every project you complete. As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you'll: Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm-related property damage Deploy and operate equipment for mitigation, remediation, tarping, and board-ups Support property owners with empathy and urgency in stressful situations Document and manage jobs using mobile technology Maintain clean, well-stocked company vehicles and equipment Work on-call rotations and assist teammates when needed We invest in our team and their future.
