We are looking for Caregivers and CNAs, ready to provide quality in-home care, but also to develop an enriching meaningful relationship with our clients. Hoyer Lift experience is really appreciated. Our Care phone app keeps track of our client care plans, changes in ADL status and outcomes. This position allows for a full scope of interaction with the client in their home including assistance with their activities of daily living, maintaining their home environment. Benefits: Free food & snacks Training & development Flexible schedule Free uniforms Help or transport service Positive workplace - good teamwork Competitive pay Meaningful work Online Training programs include 12 hours of paid annual coursework Professional development and education (learn more skills) Referral bonuses provided for exceptional caregiver recruits Flexible hours Paid Holidays Responsibilities: Provide in-home care with a compassionate and caring attitude Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Help with restroom visits and changing adult diapers Assist with activities of daily living (ex: walking, grooming, bathing, dressing) Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities Assist in transferring with gait belt or Hoyer lift (we can train you) Update office staff on client progress as needed Qualifications: Must possess a valid driver's license and automobile insurance Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB tests Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team Must be able to provide verification of any certifications held Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Homewatch CareGivers offers the comprehensive home care services and we believe that exceptional training means a more rewarding experience for you and better care for clients.
