Part-time North Temple Clinic - Intermountain Health Salt Lake City, UT Intermountain Health is an integrated, not-for-profit health system with hospitals and clinics throughout the Intermountain West. Shift/hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 10AM - 8PM Minimum qualifications: Community experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Current state license as a physician assistant or advance practice registered nurse (APRN). Certification as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner (credentialing requirement). Eligible for state controlled substance license II through V. Eligible for federal DEA certificate II through V. BLS certification for healthcare providers. Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP). Preferred qualifications: Master's degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
