About the Role

Account Directors are trusted to drive high-impact growth by selling our full intelligent contracting platform across a mix of strategic accounts and new logos, focusing on the US's top financial institutions. You'll be responsible for increasing recurring revenue within global financial institutions by:

Crafting a strong point of view, leveraging cross-functional expertise to align Arteria's solutions with pressing business challenges

Generating qualified pipeline through value-driven storytelling that resonates with banking leaders

Accurately forecasting deal size and timelines

Building business cases grounded in measurable ROI from Arteria's platform

Handling objections with confidence while moving deals forward

Navigating and influencing C-level priorities, connecting enterprise initiatives back to our value proposition

Orchestrating complex deal cycles across internal and external stakeholders

Closing $1M+ deals within large banks, backed by a deep understanding of how they operate

Maintaining a sharp, evolving territory plan and account strategy

Your Qualifications

You're a strong fit if you've consistently delivered results in high-stake enterprise sales environments for at least 5 years and know how to drive value from first pitch to closed deal. In addition, you have the following experience: •Managed a portfolio of 5-10 accounts across a mix of existing clients and strategic prospects •Have a proven track record of exceeding quota-$2M+ in new recurring revenue year over year •Have deep experience selling into the C-Suite at major financial institutions (bonus points for Capital Markets exposure) •Skilled at building compelling ROI-driven business cases tailored to the needs of financial services clients •Adept at crafting complex, high-value sales proposals that resonate with multiple stakeholders •Comfortable leading cross-functional deal teams-including solution engineers, product specialists, customer success, and training leads
