Working conditions: Moderate exposure to dusty and dirty work conditions and seasonal weather extremes (work is both inside and outside). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Education / Certifications: High School diploma or GED Valid Drivers License (Preferred) Job Specific Requirements General Work Experience in a Manufacturing Setting Ability to work in a safe manner Ability to work independently Operate manufacturing equipment and diagnose issues Work with HMI to control and monitor equipment Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs Ability to perform physical labor Ability to work from ladders and elevated platforms Strong communication skills Ability to work overtime to support business needs Ability to work at heights General duties include: Cleaning, sweeping, loading and unloading trucks and railcars, operating Bobcat and Forklift Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language Benefits Amazing medical benefits (only pay 7% of premiums) Pension 401(k) match (3% on 6% invested) Paid time off Paid holidays Mental Illness/Substance Abuse support Infertility Assistance Contraception Services Preventive Health Services Habilitative Services Work Schedule Mondel?z is a 3-shift operation.
