GSC, a nationwide provider of 3PL services, acquired MacMillan-Piper, one of the largest and most established specialty transloaders in the Pacific Northwest. MacMillan-Piper has provided reliable, quality services to importers and exporters for over 50 years. With the acquisition, GSC bolsters its portfolio with a network of proprietary rail transload facilities, additional warehousing capacity, and expanded trans-loading capabilities with expertise in agricultural, paper, lumber, steel, dry bulk commodities, and more. Responsibilities: Operate propane sit-down lift trucks Visually inspect material for quality defects Load trucks with products and log all shipments completed Keep the product and raw materials adequately stored Material handling of all products Assist production and associated tasks and perform general plant clean-up Requirements: Prior experience with operating forklifts, loading and unloading of trucks, trailers Must be able to pass drug testing and background checking Management or supervisor experience Comfortable working on outdoor environments
