Project Scheduler Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Scheduler Intern to join our team at our Denver-area office. This internship provides hands-on experience in project scheduling and controls within a dynamic engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) environmentideal for students pursuing a degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields. Primary Responsibilities: Support project managers and project controls staff with the development of scheduling documents and reports. Assist in preparing weekly schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, and basic schedule analysis. Learn and assist with schedule impact evaluations, earned value tracking, and resource reporting under supervision. Help develop initial proposal and project schedules in scheduling software. Collaborate with estimating and project teams to understand project timelines and contribute to scheduling input. Attend internal meetings and assist in preparing presentation materials for client meetings. Provide general administrative and technical support to project teams and management. Assist with maintaining scheduling standards and processes within the department. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Construction Management, Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/Industrial), Project Management, or a related field. Basic understanding of project scheduling or interest in learning scheduling tools such as Primavera P6. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Preferred (but not required): Prior internship or project experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination. Exposure to CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling concepts. Familiarity with construction drawings or contracts. Benefits and Pay: $21 - $27, hourly dependent on experience, qualifications, and competencies. Equal Opportunity Employer.
