We are looking for caregiver employees that will take pride in providing quality care for our clients, as well as finding enrichment in developing in-depth relationships. This position involves interaction with the client in their home including assistance with their activities of daily living, maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment, and keeping them engaged with the outside world. Our technology platforms will help you do both. You will be using our new Care App on your smartphone to keep track of your work schedule, shift responsibilities, communicate with the office and family, and much more. This job will enable you to enhance your skills as a caregiver by learning new things on our on-line Homewatch CareGivers University. Benefits

Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility Able to function with minimal supervision in compliance with the client's Service Agreement Accept personal responsibility for maintaining a professional relationship with the client Must have effective communication skills Maintaining skills and learning on an ongoing basis, as well as adhering to agency policies Must possess a valid driver's license and automobile insurance Must meet hiring criteria as defined in the agency's standards including background screening, drug test with satisfactory results Responsibilities
Assisting the agency's clients with their personal care needs in accordance with the care plan and qualifications Assisting clients with activities of daily living in a safe and beneficial manner Effectively communicate with clients and agency's staff Does not administer medication or perform any procedures requiring the knowledge or skills of a licensed nurse or registered therapist Physical Qualifications
Able to work an average of 20-40 hours per week Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day Able to lift 20-30 pounds Company Overview
