We are a locally owned and operated SERVPRO franchise, part of the #1 brand in cleanup and restoration. Our mission is to respond quickly, restore professionally, and serve our communities with excellence. We're seeking a driven and professional Commercial Sales Representative to help grow our business-to-business (B2B) relationships and drive commercial revenue. As a Commercial Sales Representative, your primary focus will be building relationships with commercial property managers, facility directors, schools, municipalities, and insurance professionals. You'll identify new opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and serve as a trusted resource for commercial restoration and cleaning services. Key responsibilities include: Identify, contact, and develop relationships with key decision-makers at commercial properties, schools, hospitals, property management firms, and local government offices Generate leads and close sales for SERVPRO's commercial services, including water/fire/mold damage restoration, reconstruction, and cleaning services Attend networking events, industry trade shows, chamber meetings, and other opportunities to promote SERVPRO Build and maintain a pipeline of potential commercial clients using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Serve as a knowledgeable and credible representative of SERVPRO, clearly explaining services, processes, and value Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction Track and report sales activities, lead conversions, and account growth Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay informed on local commercial building trends, weather events, and other factors that may create opportunities for SERVPRO services Qualifications: 2+ years of B2B sales experience (experience in restoration, facilities, property management, or construction industries preferred) Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional appearance and demeanor Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Bonus points for: Existing network of commercial contacts in your territory Experience working with property managers, schools, or insurance adjusters Knowledge of restoration services or emergency response protocols What we offer: Competitive base salary + commission Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement Phone/laptop provided Ongoing training and support Opportunity for growth within the franchise Being part of a respected, trusted national brand Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
