Associate Brand Manager
Position Summary: As the leader in menswear, our mission is to be the trusted partner for menswear customers seeking the confidence that comes with knowing they look their best for all the moments that matter. Our brand is at an exciting time as we are in the midst of a significant evolution in how and where we show up for our customers. As such, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Brand Manager for our retail marketing rental team to play a critical role within our Marketing team in driving creative and high impact marketing programs that will drive continued growth in our ecommerce business and in our over stores nationwide. The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for maintaining and executing marketing strategies to help us grow our retail business at Men's Wearhouse. This includes managing schedule and scope for all corresponding retail programs and deliverables, ensuring they are on brand and on time and meet the business objectives defined in the marketing plan. This role will help to monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities to help identify ongoing opportunities. They will help work with internal and external partners to stay aware of changes in the business environment and any changes to future business requirements to best service the objectives of the brand. Key Accountabilities:
Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: Responsible for managing marketing deliverables for the Rental/Wedding business Assist with the development of annual/seasonal business objectives and help to detail and document proposed marketing activities to support the brands Manage the promotional calendars, detailing prescribed marketing activity for the season/year across marketing channels, including the timely distribution of updates to the corresponding stakeholders Document, summarize and distribute decisions from relevant marketing meetings/discussions Maintain relationships with internal and external partners to stay aware of changes in the business environment and any changes to future business requirements to best service the objectives of the brand Recommend any opportunities for market share enhancement, effectiveness and efficiencies including monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities Write briefs and work orders to initiate work-flow process with the creative studio or external agencies Skills/Abilities/Experience & Qualifications:
3-5 years of traditional and digital marketing experience; preferably in retail Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing objectives Proven ability to oversee marketing and promotional staff and activities, including schedules and scope Strong leadership, teamwork and project management skills, including demonstrated track record of working across functional lines Flexibility to manage competing priorities and shift focus as determined by changing needs of the business Must be an organized and motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills who thrives on working in a fast-paced team environment Strong strategic thinking skills; analytical and budgeting skills; oral and written communication skills Willingness to travel and work in a nationwide team of professionals Bachelors' degree COVID-19 Vaccine Policy: Tailored Brands requires all Corporate & Shared Services employees either (a) establish that they have been fully vaccinated; or (b) obtain an approved reasonable accommodation exempting them from this requirement due to a medical reason, or because of a sincerely held religious belief or practice, as a condition of employment.
