Devon Ave | Des Plaines, IL 60018. Free parking / free shuttle from the Rosemont Blue Line Station. Those who would like to learn a new career and become a table games dealer can interview on the spot for our Dealer School Certification Program! Dealer School Certification Program Summary: Learn to deal table games following established standards in a high volume, fast-paced, and customer-oriented environment for free. The class is 6-8 weeks long and each session is 2.5 hours. Attending Dealer School, you will learn to: Deal assigned games according to procedure and specific game standards Engage players in conversation in an energetic and enthusiastic manner Adjust conversation and interaction according to player preferences Provide exceptional guest service both on and off the table Work as a team when assigned to a game with multiple dealers Exchange cash for gaming chips Control the pace of the game for optimum balance of player enjoyment and company requirements Inform the supervisor of any special player request or unusual play Quickly resolve any player problems through the supervisor Check for guest satisfaction and thank players for their patronage Maintain the integrity of the game at all times Maintain a spirit of cooperation when interacting with all other employees Comply with all IL regulatory requirements Qualifications: Basic math skills required Previous customer service experience preferred Able to attend dealer school for approximately 6-8 weeks, 5 days a week Must be 21 years of age or older Able to work a flexible schedule upon completion of school including all shifts, weekends, and holidays Perks that Work!
