Supply Chain Planner
We are seeking a dedicated Planner to join our growing team. This role involves a balance of data-driven tasks and hands-on responsibilities, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products within our warehouse setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining productivity and meeting demand by managing inventory, coordinating with warehouse teams, and assisting in the execution of purchase orders. Responsibilities
Assist in ensuring data accuracy so that all tools and processes function as expected. Level load work orders to maintain productivity and meet demand. Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs. Execute a variety of purchase order in-stock and vendor-related systems and reports. Deliver completed kits to production spaces to ensure seamless execution. Coordinate with warehouse teams directly, helping with Kanban processes and physically transporting kits to the floor. Utilize the Jira system to preemptively backfill kits and ensure a steady pipeline. Inspect full kits of products for specific work orders and identify assemblies based on labels. Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience with planning and inventory management systems, particularly SAP or a similar system. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, index matching, and vlookups. Strong data analysis skills to review stock levels and determine order needs. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer. Highly organized and self-starting individual comfortable with business software. Flexibility to work in an ambiguous environment with frequent changes. Strong written and oral communication skills. Team-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects. Degree is flexible; relevant experience is preferred. Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite, with options for shifts from Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, from 4 pm to 2:30 am. Training will take place in Redmond, WA, typically starting around 1 pm. The role involves both computer-based tasks and physical activity, with the need to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift. Flexibility to occasionally work from the Redmond location is required. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
