Create a safe, nurturing classroom that supports each child's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth Design engaging lesson plans using The Goddard School's play-based curriculum The Wonder of Learning Foster social-emotional development through positive guidance and empathetic modeling Collaborate with families to support each child's learning journey and maintain open communication Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards Contribute to a positive team culture by participating in professional development and school events Qualifications

Candidates must meet one or more of the following: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field CDA or Early Childhood Teaching Credential Active enrollment in a CDA program with relevant experience Prior experience in childcare or early education preferred What We Offer
