The Logistics Supervisor will coordinate and manage a team of Logistic Coordinators and oversee delivery of finished product. This includes delivery of finished product to retail dispensaries, fleet management, designing and adjusting primary and secondary hubs and overall delivery strategy as demand dictates. Overall objective is to design, manage and execute the delivery system of finished product to our retail and home delivery customers in a safe, timely and efficient manner. What You Will Do
Design the delivery network to support the timely and efficient delivery of product to wholesale dispensary accounts Manage fleet of vehicles at several locations in support of delivery schedule. Keep detailed records, of maintenance, drive time, downtime, service levels, etc. Manage the team of delivery drivers and warehouse personnel including but not limited to scheduling drivers, routes, warehouse hours, delivery times, coordinating with retail locations to ensure delivery times are staffed and supported. Coordinate with inbound locations to ensure inbound schedule does not interfere with outbound schedule. Ensure all products are received tracked and manifested as required. Hire train, coach, and develop all warehouse personnel. Maintain a strategic growth plan to ensure current logistics plan is scalable and portable as demand dictates. Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements. Understanding of principles of accounting and finance, and inventory management Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds to identify problems and find solutions. What You Will Bring
4-year degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or similar; 5 years of logistics, warehouse or supply chain in lieu of a degree 3 years' experience leading a daily delivery logistics team. Warehouse management, inventory accuracy, Supervision of drivers and warehouse personnel WMS, Excel experience required Inventory tracking software experience required Physical Requirements
Standing and walking for up to 10 hours a day Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Comfort climbing ladders and using a lift up to 20 feet Close vision and ability to read small labels at distance of 20 inches Ability to work in an environment with strong odors and plant material present What We Offer
