Title: Help Desk Student Associate - Fall 2025 VP Area: Chief of Staff - UMW Department: Information Technology Campus Location: Main Campus Advertised Range: $12.41 per hour Job Summary/Basic Functions Help Desk Student Associates provides technical support to the entire university community through phone, online and walk up services. Required Experience: Ability to work up to 35 hours a week. Excellent customer service skills. Detail oriented. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to follow directions. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
