Caregiver Position
Right at Home is looking for passionate individuals to join a dynamic care team. We provide care for seniors and disabled adults throughout North Central Indianapolis and the surrounding counties. Experience is preferred but not necessarywe will train the right candidate! Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides are a plus. Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, which include (but are not limited to): personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair), ambulation, dressing, grooming, assists with feeding, engagement activities with client (puzzles, card games, conversation), and performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a nurse. These could include (but are not limited to): assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises, meal preparation in accordance to instruction, performing homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms. Caregiver Qualifications
Verbal communication and listening skills, ability to promote and maintain a safe environment, dependability, communicate effectively with office staff on a weekly basis, and must be willing to follow all company policies and take direction from office staff. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Salary: $14.00 to $16.00 depending on experience. Opportunities available for bonuses, mileage reimbursement, PTO & holiday pay.
