The FP&A Manager, NASP Operations will report into and support the Sr. Manager, FP&A, NASP Operations. Within the North American Small Packaging division, this role will support the budgeting, forecasting, and weekly outlook process while articulating variance analysis. The role will track operational and financial KPIs, perform analysis around operational productivity while partnering with operational stakeholders to understand synergies and opportunities. Throughout each month the role will be responsible for ad hoc analysis, while looking to continually drive improvement with the group. The role will lead in compiling corporate reporting requirements to ensure consistency and content between the Division and the rest of NASP. Responsibilities: Compile and analyze financial inputs from Plant Controllers for weekly outlooks(forecasts), mid-year forecasting updates, annual operating budget, and bi-weekly productivity reviews, etc. Complete monthly MOR (Monthly Operating Review) template as well as other regular and ad hoc corporate reporting requirements, including input templates for Budgets and Forecasts to be submitted into OneStream. Lead monthly/quarterly reviews with plants on inventory to ensure tight controls around slow moving stock/held-for-Inspection stock are being followed through. Support division-wide projects and initiatives that may include system implementations, process improvements, M&A initiatives, etc. Update and maintain trackers around performance improvement projects within the plants to ensure targeted benefits are accurate and reasonable. Review and advise on capital expenditure requests as well as regularly monitor CAPEX spending against targets, review expenditures for cash flow timing, ensure timely close-outs, monitor and review monthly capitalization of internal costs, etc. Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests based on one-off analysis, new analytical/reporting requests, preparation of presentation material to Sr. Management/Board, etc. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA or other applicable Masters-level degree preferred. 5-7 years of relevant work experience with experience (cost accounting, FP&A, etc.) within a manufacturing environment strongly desired Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills required. Experience with PowerBI or other similar analytical tools a strong plus. Experience with a major ERP system. Specifically, experience with SAP considered a plus. Experience with OneStream considered a plus. Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently and take ownership with projects. Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and complete time-sensitive duties.
