Real Estate Associate Attorney
Our client is seeking a senior associate to join our sophisticated and highly regarded Real Estate practice in our Atlanta office. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and at least 6 years of commercial real estate experience, including commercial real estate finance experience. The associate hired for this position will work collaboratively with our partners and clients on a variety of complex transactional matters. Expected responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Working on a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions such as mortgage secured and mezzanine real estate financings, secured and unsecured syndicated loan facilities, assemblage and development of various commercial real estate projects--including office, retail, multifamily, student housing, and energy and other product types Contributing to the coordination and closing of successful real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and financings, debt and equity transactions and joint ventures Supporting the practice by managing and training junior associates This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and team-oriented atmosphere while enjoying the benefits and resources of an international law firm.
