Location: Methodist Corporate Office Address: 825 S 169th St. - Omaha, NE Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Provides essential support in the administration of Methodist Health System's Compliance Program. Under the direction of senior compliance leaders, this role assists in maintaining compliance-related information systems, supports audits and monitoring and contributes to policy, training and project initiatives. Works collaboratively across departments to identify and resolve system or process issues, support training efforts, and help ensure adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and internal policies while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Compliance Program Support Assist with compliance project tracking, documentation, and research tasks. Support audit and monitoring activities, gathering data and maintaining logs as directed. Help review, maintain, and update departmental policies and procedures. Information Systems Support Provide frontline support for compliance tools such as PowerDMS, iContracts, DocuSign, Martti and Workday. Help identify and report system issues, support basic troubleshooting, and assist with resolution tracking. Participate in testing system enhancements and documenting user feedback. Process & Data Management Support data entry, reconciliation, and validation tasks across compliance systems. Assist with documentation of workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Help identify process inefficiencies and contribute ideas for improvement. Training & Communication Help prepare training materials, tip sheets, and communications to support compliance initiatives. Assist in delivering onboarding or system usage guidance to users. Administrative & Departmental Support Provide general administrative support including invoice processing, supply ordering, and organizing project files. Maintain up-to-date records of compliance activities, certifications, and policy documents. Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a healthcare-related, business, or technology discipline; OR a minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in healthcare compliance, operations, or system support. Experience: Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in healthcare compliance, operations, or system support. Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission) preferred. Experience working with compliance-related systems or electronic databases is a plus. License/Certification: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) required within three years of hire. Valid driver's license required for occasional travel to affiliate locations. Skills/Knowledge and Abilities: Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Basic understanding of compliance principles and healthcare regulations. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage tasks and timelines with minimal supervision. Customer service orientation and ability to support system users effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel). Willingness to learn and support project work in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.
