Salary range: $20-$24 hourly Full time, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm On call weekend rotation (every 3rd weekend) Full time, Direct Hire Benefits from DAY ONE! Career apparel Vision, Dental, Health 401K 2 weeks vacation paid time off Sick time Holiday pay 20 days paid sabbatical leave after 5 years of employment Duties and Responsibilities: Troubleshoots and repairs appliances, air conditioning, heating, electrical and mechanical, plumbing systems in construction type facilities Repairs and replaces floors, ceilings, sills, joist, rafters, siding, roofing, stairways, doors, windows, and other general building items Examines and repairs electric circuits and components Repairs and paints any areas required Repairs damaged plaster surfaces of walls and ceilings surfaces Examines and repairs all components of all major appliances Requirements: One year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization Type I and Type II AC Certification Preferred CPO Certification Preferred About AtWork: AtWork is one of the largest and fastest-growing recruiting companies in the US, with nearly 100 locations across the country.
