Required Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience with advancement services/fundraising, with emphasis on data analytics Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience supervising and motivating staff and volunteers Thorough knowledge and proven ability in prospect research techniques, tools, and data analysis Strong technical skills in utilizing CRM applications and plugins (and other complex data systems and tools) to extract and analyze information, generate reports, and co-develop strategies to improve department fundraising Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with staff; ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong project management skills, planning and ability to manage multiple priorities and think critically in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and proficiency in prioritizing assignments to complete assigned projects in a timely and thorough manner Strong written and oral communication skills to convey information with accuracy and diplomacy Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, and the ability to travel between sites as needed Preferred: Thorough knowledge and proven ability in Salesforce CRM gift processing, data management, analytics and reporting
