End-User Technologies Engineer

Tailored Brands is one of North America's largest specialty retailers of men's apparel. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced End-User Technologies Engineer to implement and administer the systems used to manage and support the end user devices and applications in the environment. The position will report to the Manager, End-User Technologies. Key Accountabilities: Design, Create, Test, and Maintain internal Windows Client Imaging infrastructure Administration of MECM/SCCM Application Packaging and distribution using MECM/SCCM and JAMF Patch Management of Windows OS using MECM/SCCM Patch Management of MAC OS using JAMF Apple Device Management / Support

OS X, iOS Administering and maintaining VMWare virtual desktop environment Network Printer support including Print Servers / queues (PrinterLogic) O365 tenant administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc. Azure AD administration. Creating and utilizing PowerShell or VB scripts as needed Creating and deploying Active Directory Group Policies for Windows OS Google Chromebook Administration using Google Admin Console Mobile Device Management using Intune and Mobile Iron Enterprise level Antivirus administration / Support Evaluate and Test Hardware and Software platforms Assist Desktop Support team with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software incidents Assist in the development, documentation and communication of better practices and procedures and techniques to ensure that the team is providing the best possible service to our customers. Interact professionally with clients exhibiting strong customer service skills. Provide timely project updates and status reports. Procure and Track cloud and on-premise software licenses Other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED; Associate or bachelor's degree, a plus. 6+ years' experience combined in roles listed 3+ years' experience administering collaboration tools e.g. Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Quip, Workplace, Slack, Dropbox, Google Docs, or any other Project Management tool in an Enterprise environment with more than 1,000 users 3+ years' experience in a desktop engineering/admin role responsible for windows and Mac OS X device management, image and patch management, software packaging and deployment Experience packaging software applications for distribution, required. Experience with enterprise patch management using MECM/SCCM Experience with developing, deploying, and managing Windows images in a large environment Experience managing MAC OS devices using device management tools such as JAMF Pro Enterprise O365 platform management, preferred. Windows Scripting knowledge, preferred. Mobile Iron or other MDM knowledge, preferred. MCP or equivalent knowledge of the MS Win10 operating systems and O365. Working knowledge of Active Directory administration and policy management. Strong customer service skills and adapt to servicing a varied customer base. Strong drive and work ethic to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner. Ability to understand global concepts or to see the "bigger picture" and recommend solutions accordingly. Working knowledge of major manufacture hardware systems such as Dell or Lenovo. Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with team members and management. Ability to work with minimum supervision or independently. Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands: Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment Ability to work at least 40 hours per week from the Company's Houston, Texas corporate office Note: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
