In the role of Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to: Create and maintain paper and electronic files Coordinate with PMs for document filing in Project Wise Apply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management Assist with updates on PMP and QMP including gathering this information from subconsultants in Pronto, scheduling project reviews and team meetings and deliverables Assist with meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes/compiling meeting minutes and scheduling meetings Maintain document control logs, action item logs and decision logs Type, format and organize project documents, reports, specifications and correspondence Exhibit professionalism with clients Schedule meetings Complete tasks autonomously Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication 1-5 years related experience Must have the ability to communicate clearly, follow instructions accurately, pay attention to detail, motivated to be a valuable asset to the project team Strong aptitude in Word and Excel Required Qualifications

Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience A minimum of 1 years related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must HDR is our company.
