Position: Office Services Coordinator Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Services Coordinator to work on-site in Memphis TN. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Responsibilities: Manage all office services and facilities, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment Coordinate and oversee office moves and renovations Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment Coordinate and schedule meetings, events and employee functions Assist with HR Activities, including onboarding and offboarding processes for employees Maintain and update employee records and office databases Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Manage and maintain office security and access control systems Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Backup Reception duties Requirements: Associates or Bachelors degree preferred 2+ years of experience in office management or related field Experience working with confidential information Experience coordinating / planning meetings, events and employee functions Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy Proactive and able to anticipate and address potential issues Knowledge of office procedures and equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for providing exceptional support services, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
