Northwest Kidney Centers seeks an RN Nurse Manager to join the Scribner Kidney Center.
Purpose
The Nurse Manager is responsible for the dialysis facility for both day and evening shifts. This position assists the Clinical Director in the delivery of quality dialysis care to our patients, implementation of cost-effective, innovative, high-quality dialysis services, monitoring budgets within established guidelines, performance appraisals and coaching and counseling staff for delivery of quality health care. Dialysis experience is not required.
Full-time, Exempt, On-site Mon - Sat
Pay range: $46.08 - $73.94 ($95,846.40 to $153,798.20 annually)
Required Qualifications Associate Arts degree in Nursing Current Washington State Registered Nurse license Preferred qualifications
