Caregiver Position

Benefits: Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Not a remote position. Hours are 9-5 with additional on-call requirements. Six months to one year experience scheduling in a home health care agency. Fluent reading and writing English. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Organized and resourceful self-starter, strong ability to work in a team. Excellent observation, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Responsibilities:

Perform scheduling duties using electronic scheduling software. Accurately maintain client and caregiver schedules, adjusting staffing and schedule to meet the needs of the client and caregiver under the supervision of the Administrator. Participate in on call rotation for after hours scheduling coverage. Notify client and/or caregiver of change in schedule before the start of the shift. Verify accuracy of scheduling for billing and payroll, including ensuring that all field staff have submitted electronic timesheets and notes daily. Anticipate staffing needs and utilize staff appropriately to ensure quality and continuity. Ensure caregiver schedules are in line with business objectives, including controlling overtime. Ensure equitable distribution of scheduled hours by utilizing all possible associates. Maintain close contact with all field staff to provide support and resources. Identify and report barriers to staffing. In coordination with Scheduling Supervisor, schedule all supervisory visits. Date entry and other clerical duties as necessary. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Live your best life possible while helping others live theirs.
