Parks and retrieves guest vehicles safely according to established policies and guest service standards. During every interaction, we display three behaviors: Smile, display energy and open body language Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation Essential Job Functions: Greets guests according to service standards. Explains Rivers Casino parking and retrieval procedure to ensure guest satisfaction. Responds to guest request for casino related information such as property amenities, special events and promotions. Strives to answer the valet phone within 3 rings and maintain professional telephone etiquette. Maintains proper storage and labeling of guest keys and tags. Opens and closes vehicle doors upon arrival and departure. Parks arriving vehicles and retrieves parked vehicles. Completes accident reports. Performs all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. One or more years of related experience or training preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and driving record must meet driver eligibility requirements of Rivers Casino's insurance policy. Able to drive vehicles with automatic or manual shift transmissions. Ability to communicate with team members and guests. Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays. Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. Physical and Mental Demands: Must be able to sprint to/from vehicles. Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; sit, stand, walk and run. Occasionally must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
