Operations Coordinator
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of logistics operations. You will execute tasks in line with company policies and standard operating procedures, contributing to the seamless flow of shipments and orders. Responsibilities
Create and activate orders and shipments, build and assign loads. Schedule appointments and track and trace shipments. Manage invoicing and update financial records. Handle non-standardized activities related to carrier payments and T-checks. Reject and cancel orders, update and resolve events. Book and bounce loads, execute load builder profiles. Monitor task boards and assigned email accounts for customer and carrier requests. Document events using SOPs and experience, following escalation procedures as needed. Ensure accuracy of load data in systems according to standards. Follow through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction. Perform additional duties as assigned based on team or country-specific requirements. Essential Skills
High School diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of experience as an Associate Operations Coordinator. Ability to work evenings and/or weekends. Minimum two years' experience in call center customer service or transportation/logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills. Attention to detail and system maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment. Values a diverse and inclusive work environment. Work Environment
